What exactly do I get?
A digital spreadsheet template — an instant download, no physical item is shipped. You open it in Microsoft Excel and type over the built-in example data.
Which apps do the templates work in?
Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), on both Windows and Mac. In Apple Numbers most things work, but some charts may look slightly different.
Do I need to be good with spreadsheets?
No. Example data is already filled in, the formulas are built for you, and there are step-by-step instructions inside every file. You just type over the examples.
How do I download after buying?
On Etsy and Payhip your download is available immediately after checkout — you'll get a link on the confirmation page and by email.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. Editable planning fields are clearly marked, while formulas and calculated areas are protected to help prevent accidental changes. Licensed for personal use.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant digital downloads, they're generally non-refundable — but if something isn't working, contact us and we'll always make it right.
Are the tax figures accurate?
Any tax-related numbers (for example in the Freelancer Tracker) are planning estimates only, not tax advice. Always confirm with a qualified professional before filing.
How do bundles work?
A bundle groups several full templates into one purchase at a lower combined price. You download each file separately.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Plannful templates are a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. After purchase, you can download and use the included files for personal use under the product license.
