Privacy Policy
Short version: we ask for your email so we can send you the template you asked for. We never sell it.

Who we are
Plannful makes spreadsheet templates for Microsoft Excel. You can reach us any time at hello@plannful.com, and a real person will answer.
What we collect, and why
- Your email address, and only when you type it into one of our forms. We use it to send you the free template you asked for, and occasional emails about using it and planning your wedding. That's it. We do not sell, rent or share your email with anyone.
- Anonymous usage data (pages visited, buttons clicked), through Google Analytics. It tells us which pages are useful. It does not tell us who you are.
The legal bit
We email you because you ticked the box and asked us to — that's your consent, and it's the only basis we use for marketing emails. You can withdraw it whenever you like, and it costs you one click.
Who else sees your email
Our email is sent through MailerLite, which stores your address on our behalf so we can send you the emails you signed up for. They are not allowed to use it for anything else.
How to get out
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're out, permanently. You can also email hello@plannful.com and ask us to delete your data — we'll do it, and we'll confirm when it's done.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for a copy of it. Write to hello@plannful.com. We won't make you jump through hoops.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you never open a single email for two years, we'll remove you ourselves — a dead address helps nobody.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not follow you around the internet.
