• Because Plannful products are digital, purchases are non-refundable once the digital file has been purchased, delivered or downloaded.
• Returns are not accepted for digital downloads.
• No physical product is shipped or returned.
• If a file is defective, inaccessible or incorrect, we'll help provide access, support or a corrected file where appropriate.
• Purchases made on Etsy or Payhip may also be subject to that platform's checkout and digital-download policies.
