Oscar Sanfelix is the founder of Plannful, where he develops Microsoft Excel planning templates and practical tools for organizing complex projects.

What I actually do

I build the workbooks. Every template on this site — the wedding planner, the budget trackers, the calculators — is designed, built and tested by me in Microsoft Excel. When a guide on this site shows a worked example or a category split, it comes from those workbooks.

What I am not

I am not a wedding planner, and I don’t pretend to be one. I don’t sell advice about your wedding; I build the tool you use to organize it. Where these guides quote national figures — average costs, guest counts, category percentages — they come from published studies, and every one of them is cited on the page. If a number is my own calculation from an example budget, it says so.
